Senior Leadership Team
John & Debby Wright, Senior Pastors
Married in 1983, John and Debby have been serving together in pastoral ministry for the past 22 years and have lead Trent for the last 13.

Tom & Helen Murphy, Associate Pastors
Tom & Helen oversee Trent's pastoral and compassion areas of ministry, respectfully and have been responsible for The Arches project since it began over ten years ago.
Nigel Briggs, Worship Pastor
Nigel is responsible for the Worship and Creative arts ministries here at Trent, he is also involved in Worship development across the national Vineyard movement.
Nick Gretton, Head of Business
Nick is responsible for all of the Business activities of the Church, including the External Conferencing, Admin and Business & Finance teams.
John Simmons, Assistant Pastor
John is responsible for coordinating the small group structure, marriage courses, Trent School of ministry, and runs discipleship year with his wife Anna.
Pastors
Dave Miller
Dave leads worship in a number of areas, as well as being involved in prayer and the bookstall.
Hannah Buck
Hannah looks after compassion ministries in the church, including work in prisons, and with homeless people in Nottingham.
James Henderson
James is involved in a number of different areas of ministry, including MADO, TLG, TDA and many more.
Jo Gresty
Jo is PA to John & Debby and looks after the admin team that support much of the rest of the church. She is also responsible for pastoral support.
John Bodily
John runs Trent Youth, and alongside running a team dedicated to the young people, has also been involved in a number of the building projects.
Jude Bagguley
Jude looks after the newcomers, evangelism and discipleship activities, as well as being involved with running Trent's Alpha course.
Nicola Brice
Nicola runs Vineyard Kids, looking after the huge team that organise kids events on Sunday mornings and throughout the week.
Paul Lowe
Paul looks after students and young people in the church, as well as supporting various other areas of ministry.
Sarah Dunlop
Sarah works with Jude in newcomers and evangelism. She is the first contact for many people coming to church for the first time.
Susie Aldridge
Susie works with Vineyard Kids and Trent Youth, pastoring young people and organising youth services and ‘BiG’ events.
