Trent Vineyard Church, Nottingham

Visitors can access our service by obtaining a written referral from another organisation. Referrals can be written by social workers, key workers from a housing association, health visitors or from another support service. Key workers can also bring their service users directly to the Arches.

We will carry out a straightforward assessment to ascertain the circumstances of each visitor so that we may help them appropriately and effectively.

In addition to normal Thursday and Saturday morning sessions we are now open Tuesday afternoons for visitors accompanied by their key worker. The key worker must make a prior appointment to access this service.
 

The Arches is situated in Lenton underneath Abbey Bridge just off the Grove island.

Thank you for all your donations; visitors really value the things they are given. Unfortunately as we have received so much just recently we are unable to accept any clothing items at present.

At the moment, our particular needs are:
•    Cots & prams
•    Curtains
•    Bath towels
•    Pillows
•    Bedding
•    Baby bedding
•    Tinned meals (e.g. stew)

We are continually grateful for donations of furniture, particularly beds, wardrobes, sofas, tables and chairs.  Unfortunatley, at present we are not able to accept electrical items, nor can we accept gas or electric cookers. If you are unable to bring items of furniture to the Arches yourself then please give us a call and we will try to arrange a collection.
