Getting Started
If you've decided that Trent Vineyard is the right church for you then the best way to feel at home here is to get involved. Becoming a member of Trent Vineyard is simply becoming involved with us. As in any church there will be those who wish to be somewhat less involved, and we are happy for that to be the case.
We want to be a church where anyone can come, feel welcomed and accepted and find their way in at their own pace. Having said that, we strongly encourage Christians to become members as soon as possible, once they have decided that this is their church.
Membership is involvement! And if you wish to become a member there are four things we ask you to do:
- Firstly, attend Sunday services. We have a morning and evening congregation and generally our members opt for one or the other (normally the talk from the morning service is repeated that evening). For more information about Sunday services please check it out here.
- Secondly, join a small group
- Thirdly, find somewhere to serve
- Fourthly, give a portion of your income regularly
